Overview
Photofast's GMonster2 SFV1 is a 2.5-inch MLC (Multi-Level Cell) NAND based available in 60GB, 120GB and 240GB capacities. The drives offer transfer speeds of 260MB/s in sequential reads and writes both over the SATA 2 interface, and random reads (4K) of 30,000 IOPS and random writes (4K) 10,000 IOPS. Photofast claims 10 years of data retention and 1,000,000 hours MTBF, along with features such as self monitoring, thermal energy management and In-circuit Flash interface test capability.
