Memoright's GTS Plus is a SLC NAND solid state drive that can reach maximum read/write speeds of 140 MB/s and 120 MB/s respectively. It boasts of an IOPS read of 6,000 and an IOPS write of 1000. Five capacities are available for this SSD, namely 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB.
The Mean Time Between Failure of the GTS Plus is 2,100,000 hours with a warranty of up to 3 years. The drive is waterproof and can survive altitudes as high as 80,000 feet. It can also survive forces as strong as 1500 G and vibrations of 16.4 G. Data retention for this SSD is 10 years.
