Overview
RunCore's InVincible SSD is said to have been made for military applications. This SATA III drive comes with two physical buttons which eliminates data inside the SSD in two ways. One button allows the user to overwrite the data while the other button erases all data currently stored on the drive. The buttons provide an easy mechanism for protecting the data inside the solid state drive.
The maximum sequential read speed of the InVincible SSD is 160 MB/s while its maximum sequential write speed is 130 MB/s. MLC and SLC types are available with capacities of 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 and 256 GB. As a military equipment, the drive can withstand a temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. Its Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) is listed at 5,000,000 hours.
