Overview
RunCore's Pro IV solid state drive can achieve a maximum read speed of 240 MB/s and write speed of 185 MB/s. This SATA II drive is available at capacities 32 GB, 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB. The two lower capacity variants have a 32 MB cache while the others have a 64 MB cache. The Pro IV contains MLC Flash memory that is managed by the Indilinx Barefoot controller.
The Pro IV has a Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) of 1,500,000 hours and has a 12 bit ECC per sector. It can withstand a force of 1500 G and 15 G of vibration. The drive demands operating temperatures of 0 degrees up to 70 degrees Celsius and storage temperatures from -55 degree to 85 degree Celsius. Other specifications are not published for this drive.
