TC166

The TC166 series of SSDs is a series of drives from Foremay. The series contains 2.5" SATA II and SATA III, 1.8" microSATA II and microSATA III, 3.5" SATA, 3.5" and 2.5" IDE, and 1.8" ZIF. The 2.5" SATA II and 3.5" SATA versions of this drive are significant as they are one of the very first Terabyte capacity solid state drives. The TC166 series is actually subdivided into two, the W series and the S series. The S series is composed of USB and eSATA drives.

Maximum sequential speeds (read and write) is achieved by the the SATA III models (2.5" and 1.8"). Support for TRIM command is present but all other information is yet to be announced by Foremay.
